U Chooz
The Trust, in partnership with South Tyneside Borough Council, and funded mainly through the Neighbourhood Renewal Fund offers a number of youth and community services within South Tyneside. Our main service is situated in the Hebburn South area and offers a drop-in information point for young people as well as detached and oiutreach provision in the area. Groundwork also offers young people Boroughwide, the opportunity to take part in our Uchooz programme which is designed to help young people into work or further training opportunities. They can also gain qualifications through the Asdan Youth Achievement award and the Employability Award schemes. Participants in the scheme can also get help with job search, and advice, on a variety of issues.
